Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Since many of our items are custom-made, this time allows us to carefully create and prepare your order to meet our quality standards.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 10–30 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (such as weather, customs, or carrier issues) may occur. D’ Plug Studio is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
